Barcelo Grand Faro Los Cabos
Review by Cindy, 2/27/2015
We had a great time!! The room and the view was just spectacular! The only issue, and it really wasn’t an issue, we received a junior suite with the ocean view, we thought we would have to queens but we actually got a room more suited for a “couple”. We had a king size bed, and the bathroom as gorgeous as it was left very little for any privacy. But like I said, it wasn’t an issue, thank goodness Cindy and I are cousins! lol
We did do a whale watching excursion, and absolutely loved it!!
We are already talking about our next vacation, so we will definitely give you all a call again!
Thanks again for everything!!
We would like to thank you for setting up this trip and for getting us a room upgrade. Everything was absolutely perfect. The kids had a blast and Amy and I had a nice relaxing vacation. We used the on site photographer and had some great family pictures taken (very reasonably priced) and the girls got to swim with the dolphins at the marina. I am really glad we had the room upgrade, having a suite with an extra bathroom was very nice. The kids actually enjoyed playing in the ocean, it may have been their favorite part. The waves were big, but they had fun (except when Isabella got stung by a jelly fish but the on site doctor took good care of her). Overall, we loved Los Cabos, the weather was perfect and we will go back. Thanks again for everything, we will be contacting you again when we need another vacation.
Had a wonderful time in Cabo and made some great memories. It was HOT, would probably go earlier in summer if we returned. The resort was kept amazingly clean in the public areas by the very friendly staff. We did get building 3 as requested, but they did not have adjoining rooms. They offered to move us on Monday to adjoining rooms in building 1 lobby level. We were literally the closest room to lobby/bar area. We had brought our sound machines with us so this drowned out the late night DJ. It was worth having the adjoining rooms, and with the close proximity to the lobby, we were comfortable letting our 20 and 17 year old hang out together “where the action was” after Bill and I went to bed. The resort seemed a lot less crowded and quieter than the resorts on the Mayan Riviera side. Never had to wait to eat at any of the dining areas. (My husband did wish the buffet was air conditioned.) Sometimes had to wait at pool bar for drinks. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Third times a charm I guess, the last 2 years we weren’t able to use the beach, but this year the kids had a great time in the ocean. The water temp was perfect in the ocean, a little too warm in the pool.
Took a boat excursion to “the Arch” arranged by hotel concierge. So beautiful–never thought I’d get to see it in real life! My 20 year old Nick actually told me he thought that it was the most beautiful place we’ve ever been (referring to the ocean). We were disappointed in the buffet’s lunch and dinner choices. Seemed lower quality and less appealing than the Iberostar and H10. (Breakfast was great–best French toast and enjoyed it everyday). Thanks for making everything go so smoothly for us. Let me know if you have any questions.
Pueblo Bonito Sunset
Review by Barbara, 7/30/2014
We really enjoyed Cabo… flight was easy .
Resort was really beautiful and liked the sister resort (since right on the beach). Rooms were very nice. Food very good at the resort. There is a lot of walking at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, so some people may not like that. For our family, no big deal… good exercise. I read all the reviews ahead of time … shuttle service was readily available.
Guys went on golfing excursion one day (really hot!) and then the day after we left, the rest of our group (there were 16 of us), went on a fishing expedition. They loved that! Most of the group stayed a week, but due to work etc, we couldn’t.
I thought compared to Cancun area, the people were much friendlier here.
We went into town one night and I felt safe (but drinks were pretty pricey) . Very fun atmosphere.
I would go back to Cabo again, but next time I would find a resort on the gulf side so could easily play/swim in the ocean which I like. And I missed the ocean activities that normally are included with the resort. (paddle boarding/kayaking etc)…..
Overall, our family really had a fabulous time. Our flight back had delays due to mechanical issues, but only one hour, so I was relieved. All in all, great trip !
Thanks Kim for all of your help. Saving your name & number for any upcoming trips.

Royal Solaris Los Cabos

Our vacation was wonderful. The resort was beautiful and the staff was amazing. They were very helpful and very eager to answer any questions we had.
We went parasailing and did a sunset dinner cruise. The water was very rough the day we did parasailing so it wasn’t the best but still had a good time. The dinner cruise was great. The views were amazing and the food was very good.
Your service was great. The package you sent out prior to our trip was very helpful. We will defiantly use you again for our next vacation, hopefully next year!

We had a great time at this resort. Valerio, our concierge, was always there and smiling, ready to help with anything we needed. We were a little disappointed that we couldn’t get in the ocean due to undertows, but the beach was huge. The beach bar rings a bell whenever a whale is spotted, and we got to watch an entire pod of them frolicking in the ocean one morning. Great fun. We could count on Carlos to deliver drinks to our palapa frequently. The swimming pools were nice, and we appreciated the adults-only pool. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Lunch and dinner buffets were average Mexican buffet fare. Food at the 2 reservation-only restaurants was wonderful. Oscar served us with a smile at Pancho’s, and we had several nice waiters at Marco Polo. The entertainment staff is great, and we had fun at the nightly shows. We met lots of great people and made new friends at the shows or later in the lobby bar, where we could always count on service with a smile from Lilliana and Mariana. We will go back.
Secrets Puerto Los Cabos
Review by Sharon, 5/13/2016
Hi Kim. We had a GREAT time at the Secrets resort in Puerto Los Cabos. We would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Our favorite things were:
The beautiful grounds (they were meticulous!!!)
The nice staff
The Barracuda bar down near the beach (the staff were fun and the view was GREAT!! That was our happy hour spot EVERY day!!)
The variety of restaurants to choose from
The yoga class out in the gazebo every morning
The “almost private” pool near the Oceana restaurant. It was like a secret, and so quiet/relaxing compared to the LOUD party pool near the barefoot bar and restaurants
The delicious shrimp quesadilla’s made fresh while you waited (Barefoot? …. I think was the name of it)
The super-sized JENGA game out on the lawn
I’ll send you a few pictures here shortly. We did not go off site and do any excursions. Just stayed there and had fun.
Thanks Kim for all that you did for our family. We had a great time and appreciate your recommendation of this hotel. It was great!

Our trip was awesome! We literally did nothing, so I am not any help with excursions.
Resort was perfect. Great food, drinks, pool, room, etc. We would go back in a heartbeat, but kids and jobs take priority!
Thanks again for booking everything. Easiest trip we have ever been on!
